Requirements

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • 3 to 5 years of strong experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and high ability to deal with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Tact and professionalism in interactions.
  • Experience with tourism companies is preferred.
