We are looking for a Saudi national HR Manager with 3-5 years of experience to manage recruitment, HR policies, performance evaluation, and employee relations at Travel Gate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment operations and attract talents.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Track performance evaluations and career development plans.
  • Manage employee affairs and resolve work-related issues.
  • Supervise attendance, departure, and leave operations.
  • Enhance the work environment and build a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Human Resources.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • High communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Experience with tourism companies is preferred.
